Students use Templaytes® as a tool to draw with accuracy and precision.  By reminding students of symmetry and spatial reasoning they can create  designs by implementing the elements and principles of design.  Demonstrate the overlapping of shapes and repetition. Simple reversal, mirror images or reflection can produce unique designs which fuel pride and sustain engagement.  They can create their very own coloring books! The utilization of graph paper is one form of supporting spatial reasoning.  A T-square, ruler or yardstick is recommended for larger- scaled projects.
